Whereas once the designation elder law lawyer only suggested that an attorney had experience in the complexities of Medicare and Medicaid planning, nowadays the practice of elder law includes long-term care planning, retirement income planning, health insurance and managed care, issues relating to social security, housing options for the elderly, and the issue of age discrimination. I work closely with your other financial and health care professionals to implement your wishes.
